The Clark Group, located in Wilmington NC, was founded in 1991 under the name Clark Environmental Services, P.C. (CES). The original focus of the company was the study and mitigation of releases of fugitive chemicals into environmental media. As a result of rapid growth and client demand, CES continued to diversify into all areas of land remediation and CAMA permitting. This evolution continued into professional onsite Waste Water Services and Water Resource Analysis. The company continues to provide multi-faceted, quality services as The Clark Group.
